IMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDED - Software Developer
Abco Maintenance, a Facility Maintenance/Construction company, is urgently hiring an experiencedSoftware Developerto help upgrade and maintain technology. We have been using the same database software for 20 years and are looking for someone to aid current technology staff in maximum utilization, training, and optimizing workflow. The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker able to work in fast-paced, creative, entrepreneurial environment; comfortable with a varied set of data sources and reporting tools; and passionate about connecting data with business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Application and Process Automation
Presents and explains complicated concepts and results to non-technical internal and external audiences.
Works with agency team members and partners to interpret results, make strategic recommendations, and plan new solutions.
Provides technical work products, substantive analysis, and consultation across multiple client teams.
Develops, maintains, and troubleshoots custom dashboards and reports.
Helps to inform strategy for randomized testing and audience segmentation.
Serves as an internal resource for technical and substantive training and questions.
Identifies areas for innovation or process improvement, performs independent research, and develops innovative approaches, processes, or code.
Demonstrated experience in using tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Monday.com, or MS Projects for project management, including creating and managing epics, user stories, and tasks.
Time tracking and cost management within project management tools, including the use of add-ons like Tempo Timesheets in Jira or similar features in Monday.com and MS Projects.
Ability to integrate project management tools with other platforms (e.g., Trello, Slack, Zapier) to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Customizing workflows, fields, and automation rules in project management tools to meet specific project needs.
Develop and optimize full stack applications using C#, ASP.NET, and MS SQL.
Build and enhance responsive web applications and ensure scalable architecture.
Integrate and develop RESTful APIs and automate workflows for efficiency.
Perform database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
Manage code repositories using GIT and collaborate with teams to meet goals.
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Must have good track record of employment - including 5 years of consecutive employment at one company
5+ years of experience as a developer/analyst with a service-based or construction/maintenance organization
Comfort working across a wide array of client data and reporting platforms.
Comfort with a fast-paced environment and a variety of client service tasks.
Proficiency with data analysis and visualization in Excel, MS Access, and reporting platforms that sit atop multiple database and non-database sources required.
Proven ability to perform analytic tasks (including but not limited to data mining, segmentation, randomized test design, forecasting, data visualization, etc.) and create meaningful outputs.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
Familiarity with APIs and experience accessing and processing remote data.
Experience with data warehousing and data manipulation using SQL a must.
Familiarity with .NET Core
5 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, and MS SQL development or Equivalent Language
Proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and integration.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar technologies is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize code effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and workflows.
