Description:

This role sits in the Enterprise Function Technology in the Service Management team (global ServiceNow platform).

The bulk of this role will be around developing and implementing new AI tools and features into the ServiceNow Platform. Involving supporting and overseeing Gen AI configurations, as well as developing and managing dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of these implementations. This role will work in an agile team environment. Daily activities include managing and refining Jira tasks, grooming stories to ensure their is clarity of requirements, collaborating with Scrum Masters to keep project details current, estimating task sizes, engaging in Agile practices, and ensuring timely progress and deployment of tasks. A candidate should feel comfortable taking initiative for ServiceNow AI governance and operations, as they will be crafting plans to reduce process friction through Jira and creating action plans. This role will monitor and correlate impact on OKRs from Gen AI Features

Candidates should have over five years of experience in HRSD or ITSM, certifications in System Administration and Application Development, and a background in implementing AI Search and Virtual Agents, with at least four years in an Agile environment.
