You will be part of overseeing and leading world-class integrated supply chain projects and system enhancements. You will assess project issues and develop enhanced resolutions to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders.
Specifically, you will be joining the Digital Procurement team to own productivity projects supporting sourcing, procurement, and supply chain processes across business units, providing a seamless and efficient experience for stakeholders, resulting in significant cost savings, increased transparency, and improved supplier relationships. This includes, but is not limited to, partnering with the business and IT to manage Ivalua enhancements, participate with the implementation of new supply chain software, and support annual planning. Our mission is to empower Honeywell with digital procurement platforms and training that drive operational excellence and strategic sourcing using advanced technology, data analytics, and collaborative processes, ultimately enabling our SBGs to make smarter, data-driven purchasing decisions while fostering sustainable, long-term supplier relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Become a SME for our supply chain systems (Ivalua, Ariba, Leap)
Support the Ivalua enhancement process
Drive and execute new initiatives
Influence functional stakeholders
Build business cases for new technology process improvement concepts
Manage Proof of Concept projects
Support the MOS
Metrics improvement for SBGs and target projects
Support Integrated Supply Chain sites
On time delivery of projects
Manage data and reporting
Support to manage escalations
Prepare executive presentations for project updates
Participate in strategic planning of supply chain software applications

YOU MUST HAVE
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment
WE VALUE
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with Supply Chain and Sourcing Processes (Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, Planning, and Logistics)
Experience with Supply Chain platforms such as Ivalua, SAP/Ariba
Process mapping
Experience with software implementation methodologies
Lean expert or Black Belt
Some project management or ISC Experience
Global company working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others
