Mobile Communications America Sales Compensation Analyst - REMOTE ONLY IN NC, SC, GA in Charlotte, North Carolina

MCA, your trusted advisor for wireless communications, data, and security, is seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst in the Charlotte, NC, Spartanburg, SC, or Atlanta, GA, areas to support our fast-growing Central division.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Assisting with the processing of timely and accurate sales commission payments for all MCA sales teams.

  • Responding to questions or concerns about commission payments and helping resolve issues quickly.

  • Supporting the Payroll team to ensure commission deadlines are met each month.

  • Helping to identify and communicate any commission discrepancies or issues with sales leadership, Finance, and HR.

  • Onboarding new sales employees, including reviewing commission plans, giving an overview of the system, and working with the sales team to set sales quotas or territories.

  • Assisting sales leadership with setting annual sales quotas.

  • Helping to create and maintain simple documentation and procedures for commission-related processes.

  • Identifying areas for improvement in commission processes and suggesting solutions.

  • Supporting key projects and assisting with annual commission plan updates.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., finance, HR, or compensation).

  • Basic understanding of commission processes, including data tracking and payment preparation.

  • Ability to explain commission plans clearly to employees and answer their questions.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) with a focus on problem-solving.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with data to find patterns or issues.

  • Experience with sales compensation software is a plus, but not required.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and organized with a strong desire to learn.

  • Ability to work well with different teams, including Sales, Finance, Payroll, and HR.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (basic formulas, data sorting, etc.).

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.

Travel as necessary to support company and customer needs.
