Job Overview:

  • To support annual open enrollment, new business and renewal efforts for the company's individual plans through proactive and responsive broker and client service.

  • Must be proficient regarding benefits, coverage, billing, payments and claim policies and procedures.

  • Works with Brokers/Individual policyholders to provide plan options for renewals and prospective new business opportunities.

  • Provides telephonic sales and assistance as well as written communications to brokers and individual policyholders as required.

Qualifications:

  • Health Insurance License Preferred (CT Health Producer License / Life & Health License / Health Insurance License), which if not current will be required to be current within 10 days of hire.

  • Experience with benefits, coverage, billing, payments and claim policies and procedures

  • Familiarity with operation including claim, customer service billing and enrollment

  • Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills required.

  • reliable internet and quiet work space - internet speed test will be required

Work Environment:

  • 100% Remote - Equipment provided

  • Hours during training: Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM(EST)

  • Hours after training is completed: Must be flexible 8AM-8PM Mon-Fri; Saturdays 9-3PM (rotating Saturdays – 1-2 per month)
