Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the Financial Services industry based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is for a Project Manager, where the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, tracking, and planning of projects with specific deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with staff members to define the project scope.
• Create and manage a detailed work plan, identifying and organizing the activities needed for project completion.
• Allocate resources effectively, including time, money, and equipment, to ensure the project's successful completion.
• Regularly review and adjust the project schedule as necessary, ensuring the involvement of all staff affected by the project activities.
• Establish measurable objectives to evaluate the project upon its completion.
• Take charge of the selection process and management of project staff.
• Execute the project according to the outlined plan.
• Develop and maintain forms and records to document project activities.
• Ensure all project information is documented and secured appropriately.
• Monitor the project's progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure its successful completion.
• Set up a regular communication schedule to update stakeholders and staff on the project's progress.
• Regularly review the quality of completed work with the project team to ensure it meets project standards.
• Evaluate the project as necessary and recommend adjustments. Requirements • Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
• Demonstrated management proficiency, capable of leading and directing teams towards project goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking
• Strong planning skills, with the ability to foresee potential challenges and make necessary adjustments
• Commitment to quality, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards
• Experience in conducting review sessions to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments
• Familiarity with 'About Time' project management tool for efficient timeline management
• Ability to monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met within set timelines
• Experience in project implementation, from inception to delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating effective project presentations
• Ability to manage stakeholders' expectations and ensure their needs are met
• Demonstrated ability to execute project plans efficiently and effectively
• Strong collaboration skills, ensuring all team members are aligned towards project goals
• Ability to make adjustments based on project needs and feedback
• Experience in delivering project deliverables on time and within budget
• Ability to liaise with appropriate personnel to ensure smooth project execution
• Experience in managing timelines to ensure project milestones are met
• Familiarity with selection process, ensuring the right resources are allocated for the project
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project scheduling and tracking
