Actalent Project Manager in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

As our new Project Manager, you will join our Engineering Resources team in Advanced Manufacturing. In this role, you will have financial authority (PFA) and demonstrate the ability to manage people and projects, contribute to sustainable financial growth, lead high-performance teams, resolve conflicts, negotiate positive outcomes, motivate employees, and provide consistent strong leadership and performance for client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and sustainable financial growth. Your key responsibilities will include: performing management roles and responsibilities defined in the Project Model for the development, planning, execution, and close-out of projects, mastering and applying best practices for project accounting, workflow management, risk mitigation, cash management, client development, and the use and application of project management tools, contracting, and procurement. You will also schedule routine client visits aligned with the Energy and Industry strategy and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina and some days remote.

Work Environment

You will be part of a dynamic team within the Engineering Resources department, contributing to high-performance projects and sustainable financial growth. Routine client visits and collaboration with various stakeholders will be a part of your work environment.
