Job Title: Project Architect

Job Description

We are currently hiring a Project Manager / Project Architect for the Charlotte, North Carolina studio. The selected candidates will work from Concepts and Schematic Design through the Construction Document phase for a variety of high-profile projects, particularly focused in Healthcare Architecture.

Hard Skills

  • Planning and developing technical and design solutions

  • Supervising preparation of technical drawings

  • Preparing client presentations and presenting design concepts

  • Ensuring construction detail documentation conforms to QA/QC standards

  • Incorporating Integrated Sustainable Design solutions

  • Technical resolution and coordination

  • Attending on-site visits, field reviews, and project meetings

  • Coordinating schedules and submissions of shop drawings and samples

  • Communication with other disciplines, vendors, and contractors

Soft Skills

  • Mentoring and directing project team

  • Fostering collaborative working relationships

  • Effective communication with client representatives

  • Problem-solving

  • Participating in team meetings for issue resolution and coordination

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina and some days remote.
