Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Painter Helper to assist with our production equipment. This is an entry-level position where attendance and reliability are highly valued. Attention to detail is crucial to avoid drops and damaged products, but all tasks are teachable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with paint preparation and production tasks.

• Set up equipment for painting processes.

• Ensure attention to detail to avoid drops and damaged products.

• Perform general labor duties as assigned.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the paint booth and manufacturing floor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with paint prep, production, and general production is a plus

• Familiarity with setting up equipment for painting processes

• Previous experience working in a paint booth or manufacturing environment is advantageous

Work Environment

Work is primarily conducted in a paint booth and manufacturing floor. The environment is focused on production and maintaining high standards of quality. Dress code and safety protocols are adhered to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.80 - $20.80/hr.
