Acosta Group Manager Account Sr in Charlotte, North Carolina

DESCRIPTION

As a Sr. Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in delivering all business requirements for our leading clients. You will coach and mentor a national field team, manage Assisted Sales & Training programs from inception to completion with team support, and drive organic growth for our clients.

Your hands-on approach will be essential in providing direct insights and strategies to enhance and expand the program. You will cultivate relationships based on trust, innovation, and consistent delivery of results that meet or exceed expectations.

In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming ideas into tangible products and services for our clients. Your responsibilities will include planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure alignment with the program’s strategic objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage the team, ensuring effective communication and performance at all levels

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors through professional communication

  • Develop, create, track, and maintain detailed project plans, considering resource availability, allocation, and dependencies

  • Provide weekly status updates on program results and conduct client program reviews at the end and mid-program

  • Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with external vendors to ensure flawless project execution

  • Ensure all project plans are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

  • Efficiently manage time to maximize productivity by meticulously managing individual tasks, avoiding any surprises during project execution

  • Lead and inspire a team of high-quality in-house Regional Managers and Asset Manager to deliver outstanding results

  • Be the go-to person for our clients and execution partners, providing strategic insights and creative solutions throughout the entire process

  • Manage program budgets with revenue accountability and readily tackle any challenges that may arise along the way

  • Plan and coordinate exciting events that will capture the imagination of our target audience, setting KPIs and closely monitoring performance to ensure they are a success

  • Shape the future of our brand by establishing and managing our retail channel footprint and investments, driving B2C digitalization to ensure a seamless consumer experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience

  • 5+ years of experience managing teams in a sales or retail environment

  • Proven skills in managing programs from concept to execution

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to provide program reporting to clients and partners

  • Proficient in using digital tools and platforms

  • Skilled in tracking and analyzing metrics to consistently improve business and team performance

  • Knowledgeable in business development, client acquisition, sales, and customer service strategies

  • Problem solving and solutions-based attitude – Ability to think critically and understand both the cause and effects of decisions and situations

  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills – thorough, meticulous, and accurate with the work

  • Strong business acumen – budgeting is something you have an affinity for

  • A management style that focuses on mentoring and collaboration

  • Ability to handle high stress situations and utilize problem solving techniques to find the best solutions.

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
