BrightStar Care Pediatric Nurse Opportunity in 28202 with 2.5 yo M-F 730a-530p in Charlotte, North Carolina

Details: We are looking for 1-2 Nurses to assist with a new pediatric client! Very sweet family. The client is a 2.5 year old girl with Down Syndrome and a Heart Defect with a G-tube requiring feedings in 28202. We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following: * We offer flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments * Weekend and evening opportunities, in-home and community based * National opportunities with over 300 locations in US Responsibilities: * Provide thoughtful care to client based on personalized Plan of Care * Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed Requirements: * A current, valid state certification and in good standing * High school diploma or GED * G-tube experience * Successful completion of a nursing LPN program * Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required * Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
