Robert Half Leasing Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina
Description Robert Half is working with a fast-growing, dynamic team looking for a Financial Analyst who will be a key business partner in forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management. This role is with a company in the IT Services industry. This Financial Analyst role is a long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity and is located in the Charlotte, North Carolina, area. The Financial Analyst will conduct financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. In this position, you will also advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and prepare reports for management.
Responsibilities
Participate in planning with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, event tracking and execution, strategic resource allocation, and prioritization
Power monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and actions required
Assemble and overview forecasting reports
This position would suit a flexible individual that has experience managing large amounts of information and meeting expectations
Contribute to weekly, quarterly and annual Area/Segment-level Bookings and P& L forecasting
Enable effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide decision making support
Analyze performance to date and assess potential risks and opportunities
Support contacts in Accounting and Operations to execute business plans
Operate with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close process
Review annual performance by comparing actual results to their expectations
Perform extensive research on the underlying internal and external drivers that are affecting performance and trending Requirements - BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
Proficiency in real estate leasing
Commercial Leasing experience preferred
Leasing Consultant experience
Demonstrated ability to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Skills in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly desired (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)
Go-to-market experience or experience
Familiar with Spreadsheet and ERP system
