The Digital for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities serving Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. Our mission is to deliver value to our customers and business partners by providing best-in-class digital experiences. We bring together a unique set of experts in digital product management, design, and analytics.

The Digital Capabilities group leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers. We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Digital Product Manager to help drive access and authorization capabilities. As a seasoned product owner, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys and enable simplified and secure access for customers and users.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact

  • Establish strategy for access and authorization capabilities, such as customer identity access management, authentication, fraud tools, entitlements and authorization, or login and access experiences

  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning

  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area

  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor

  • Serve as subject matter expert - deep in area of responsibility, wide in context

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous product management experience with access and authorization capabilities, such as customer identity access management, authentication, fraud tools, entitlements and authorization, or login/biometrics

  • Previous experience with access and authorization related vendor solutions such as Ping Identity, Actimize, RSA, NuData, etc.

  • Previous experience launching and scaling new products or product enhancements within an Agile framework

  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans

  • Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes

  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner


Pay Range

$115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
