The Work:

  • Produce attractive, cost-effective solutions that will transform clients’ businesses

  • Plan, design, and build complex digital road maps

  • Combine an understanding of the business and tech side of industrial software with your working knowledge of development methodologies like Agile and Waterfall

  • Create business cases for technological and organizational transformation

  • Develop architectures, estimates, staffing, and implementation plans , evaluating the pros and cons of different approaches

  • Lead small teams to be responsive and efficient.

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s what you Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an information systems environment using technical skills in one or more of the following technologies (non-exhaustive): Connected Engineering and Construction Solutions, Portfolio and Project management services, Digital twin and Thread etc. and delivery experience in AO/ SI and Infrastructure

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in within capital projects space in industries such as Data Centers, Telecommunications, Chemicals, Energy, Utilities, and Public Infrastructure and expertise on Consulting/Systems Integration/ Application Development/ Application Maintenance Solutioning

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Solution Planning ( Experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, and co-creation sessions) and Deal Shaping ( including formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions, Product/Concept selling and Pre-sales/Solution Architecting)

Bonus points if:

  • You have communication superpowers (speaking, writing, and listening) and you’re passionate about collaboration and teamwork

  • You have confidence and poise and an ability to relate to board level executives

  • You enjoy being on the move, visiting clients and partners for meetings and workshops

  • Experience delivering large and complex areas mentioned above

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
