Job Title: FS Business Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days Onsite)
Pay Range: Based on the experience
What’s the Job?
Leverage allocation reporting tools to track and manage project-level resource allocations across the DMTEA organization.
Manage tech exec base and initiative allocations to ensure accurate tech exec spend & recovery.
Partner with project managers and resource managers to capture resource allocations and forecasts, and report on financial forecasting outcomes.
Support the yearly planning process for projects and initiatives, aggregating project estimates and funding requirements across teams.
Report on and mitigate monthly variances between forecasts and actuals, keeping discrepancies minimal.
What’s Needed?
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions.
Proven experience with financial analysis and forecasting to maintain proper portfolio financials.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate data into intelligent reports for executive consumption.
Prior experience in financial management, forecasting tools, and reporting (TPAS, PMMT, GEP Smart, SAFE, eLedger).
Excellent communication, team-building, and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
