Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide detailed product information.

• Make calls to current clients

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
