Truist is seeking an experienced, qualified senior leader to act as the strategic advisor to executive management, responsible for successful delivery of Digital, Client Experience, and Marketing (DCXM) strategic objectives through thought leadership, financial management, and management and execution of leadership-designated function(s) or program(s). Will provide oversight and accountability for programs of varying size and complexity, across DCXM, up to and including enterprise-sponsored business initiatives, working with appropriate leaders and teams across the firm to achieve program outcomes. Leads the management of multiple business office verticals: organizational efficiency, cost and supplier management, workforce skill optimization, and business operations. Evaluates, communicates, and mitigates risk factors and change management impacts that underpin senior management’s critical decision-making.
The role requires working from a Truist office location at least four days a week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide thought leadership, financial management, and management and execution of leadership-designated function(s) or program(s).
Direct organizational efforts to partner closely with LOB/function managers and subject matter experts to develop program design, plan, metrics, and execution strategy.
Partner to develop business cases and strategies for budgeting, planning, and tracking revenue and/or expense.
Direct and oversee third- party relationships with business owners and technology leads to support overall program needs.
Ensure that program activities are on track to deliver appropriate ROI and enterprise benefits.
Monitor and challenge performance of current systems and processes. Identify and advocate for solutions designed to deliver value and mitigate risk as appropriate.
Lead multiple teams of internal and/or external resources to execute on vertical targets.
Analyze and collectively manage variances to the program plan and overall portfolio and make recommendation and/or create action plan to mitigate negative variances or to resolve issues.
Articulate overall performance of multiple programs and initiatives via dashboard reporting for use by key executives.
Define and partner across senior leadership to maintain workforce resource strategy, talent strategy and location strategy, inclusive of workforce metrics and reporting.
Act as single point of contact to support DCXM leadership inclusive of talent development and teammate engagement activities including early career rotations, internship rotations, program Alumni Support, teammate engagement support, teammate roundtables, and BRG engagement.
Coordinates across organization as key liaison with corporate communications to develop and execute the DCXM narrative around internal and external storytelling.
Manage and coordinate the resource approval process in coordination with finance and Human Capital partners.
Establish and maintain a high degree of trust and confidentiality through executive interactions.
Implement strategies to improve organizational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or equivalent degree and/or experience
10 years of experience in Financial/P&L management, vendor management, or IT workforce management
Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies
Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex programs and projects
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignments
Demonstrated executive level verbal and written communication skills
Superior working knowledge of business matters, finance, planning, and forecasting
Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a relevant field of work (e.g., MBA). PMP and/or PgMP
Experience in financial services digital/technology
Experience implementing large/complex initiatives across a matrixed organization
In-depth knowledge of management and planning systems theory and practical application to complex initiatives
Experience with financial measurements and metrics
Financial Services experience
