The Role:
The Digital Business Partner manages a program that enables operational excellence within Xylem's Heavy Industry business with a focus on preventative and reactive maintenance. The Digital Business Partner is responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions to all levels of users. This includes support for both the technology and processes. Preparation and presentation of monthly status reports is an important duty of this position, as is communicating with end users of the program.
The Digital Business Partner is the primary point of contact for the third-party software platform and is responsible for driving the design or review of test cases, processing change requests, and managing a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment of process and product changes. In this role, you will work with various business users to understand the challenges they have in deploying and supporting the software platform within various geographies or market verticals. You will help develop new business models to overcome the challenges using both data and connected technologies . You will also act as the “go-to” person for a set of business unit(s), working solve business challenges with data and connected technologies.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure completeness of business analysis that includes business requirement walk-throughs, adjustments and stakeholder sign-off.
Display and utilize business acumen and awareness in order to understand and align with business needs.
Communicate with business users on system productivity, analysis of business system process flows, to assess impact on systems and ongoing reports.
Provide periodic analysis of business requirements, process flows, interaction between groups and stakeholders and status of deliverables.
Assist with test design and testing; work with Quality Assurance on testing.
Collaborate and share information with other Digital Business Partners and teams in sharing information and direction between teams.
Communicate and work with senior management on presenting requirements and business models articulating the benefits and improvement to enterprise value
Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups, master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques
Evaluate deliverables prepared by the project team members to make sure the work meets the project requirements and maintains a high level of quality
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in SAP, Dynamics and Azure based systems
Prior experience with data mapping, writing test plans and test cases and working knowledge of SDLC Project methodologies.
Demonstrated flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and willingness to learn new skills.
Evidence of ability to build relationships, work on a team and be supportive of team members.
Experience with MS office products such as PowerPoint, excel, and other project tools such as AT Task or MS Project.
Evidence of ability to manage multiple projects and requests, assess priorities and work with aggressive timelines.
Demonstrated ability to be collaborative, and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Highly professional with a strong customer service orientation, commitment to meeting deadlines and ability to multitask

Salary range:
$72,300.00 - $130,100.00
