Job description:

· Experience in Windows management platforms and automated software installation.

· Needs to have Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM knowledge.

· Strong Microsoft OS troubleshooting experience. Windows 10 and 11 experience.

· 3+ years of experience as a PC technician.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

· Solid understanding of ITIL Release and Change Management processes.

· Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new processes and procedures in a timely manner.

· Works independently with general guidance.

· Communicates effectively and clearly across audiences (business partner, internal and external service providers)

· Continuously learn and adapt. Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.

· Experience identifying potential issues users may encounter.

· Takes ownership - is dependable and conscientiously follows through on commitments.
