Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the non-profit industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing data, and handling customer service related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer credit applications and other related data entry tasks.

• Maintain and update customer credit records with utmost accuracy.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and organizational tasks.

• Manage email correspondence with customers and internal teams.

• Organize files and documents in an orderly manner for easy access and retrieval.

• Utilize your 10 Key Skills for efficient data entry.

• Scan documents and files as needed for digitization and record-keeping.

• Accurately type and input data into our system. Requirements • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in data entry and 10 key skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally

• Organizational skills, particularly in organizing files

• Experience in scanning documents

• Proficiency in typing

• Ability to work in a non-profit environment

• Willingness to adhere to the organization's mission and values

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Capability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
