Description We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina as a Customer Success Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing client relationships and handling customer inquiries and complaints. You will be working in a dynamic environment, managing day-to-day operations and maintaining the facility's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily management of the center and clients

• Engage with clients on a daily basis, fostering strong relationships

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow-up in a timely manner

• Handle and resolve client complaints effectively

• Maintain the facility up to industry standard

• Utilize CRM and Database systems to maintain accurate customer records and track interactions

• Employ strong organizational skills to prioritize activities in a fast-paced environment

• Leverage Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for efficient operation

• Use EO/IR systems and EXPRESS tools for various tasks

• Perform billing functions and ensure customer satisfaction

• Adopt a proactive approach to client relations and complaint handling Requirements • Proficient in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

• Solid understanding and experience with database management.

• Demonstrated knowledge of EO/IR (Electro-Optical/Infrared) systems.

• Familiarity with EXPRESS program management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with 'About Time' project management software.

• Strong understanding and experience with billing functions.

• Proven track record in client relations and customer service.

• Ability to handle customer complaints effectively.

• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
