Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues, managing complex inquiries, and providing mentorship to Level 1 staff. You will also interact with customers through various channels, ensuring their needs are met professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Respond and address customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.

• Manage and resolve escalated customer issues requiring a deeper level of expertise.

• Provide accurate and comprehensive responses to complex questions regarding our products, services, or technical issues.

• Follow up on customer issues to ensure they are resolved to their satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with production and warehouse teams, providing guidance to meet customers' requirements.

• Liaise with procurement and logistics departments to communicate the most recent information to our customers.

• Mentor and support Level 1 staff in handling routine customer interactions.

• Represent the voice of the customer internally.

• Use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle complex interactions professionally.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively.

• Solid experience in call center customer service.

• Excellent customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks with high level of accuracy.

• Competence in email correspondence, demonstrating effective written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and accurately.

• Familiarity with NetSuite and Netsuite CRM for managing customer interactions.

• Experience in handling purchase orders.

• Knowledge of using pivot table, power pivot, and VLOOKUP in Excel.

• Experience in forecast activities and forecasting.

• Familiarity with inventory forecasting, capable of managing and predicting future inventory needs.

• Experience in preparing monthly forecasts.
