The preference is for this role to be an office centric role working in office four days per week at one of the locations listed on the requisition. Remote opportunity could be considered based on specific circumstances.
Serve as a SME and lead the development of sustainable solutions that increase revenue, increase efficiency, reduce risk and/or create competitive strategic advantage for Truist. Leverage technical and business expertise to provide analysis, validation, and interpretation of insights for CSBB.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with senior business leaders to understand business strategy and work in cross-functional teams to drive successful strategic outcomes.
Ensure data is consistent with business needs and apply knowledge of business to customize BI dashboards, deliver meaningful information, and interpret results for both internal and external stakeholders.
Lead analysis efforts to gather information, define and document requirements, formulate hypotheses, and design business intelligence solutions to support the most complex business problems using BI tools (Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI, Sigma, MicroStrategy etc.).
Analyze, design, and maintain data sources in information systems in support of projects, information needs, and changing requirements using various analytics tools (SAS, Snowflake, R, Python, etc.).
Measure client interactions and attribution in order to improve client experience, digital adoption, and segmentation using various analytics tools.
Apply subject-matter expertise, industry knowledge, and technical understanding to recommend actions to business leaders.
Guide junior teammates and act as a leader on the teafor large scale projects or those with intermediate-long duration.
Bring industry best practices to the team and incorporate in solutions.
Administrate BI tools. Develop training material and user documentation and direct developers and line of business (LOB) partners on reporting tools
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, or Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
Five years of experience in analysis and design
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills - ability to generate actionable insight and recommendations from complex analytics and large datasets
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
Advanced proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, etc.)
Working knowledge of analytical toolsets and languages such as SAS (Enterprise Guide & Miner), SQL, R Studio, Python, Snowflake or other data warehousing
Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Statistics
Previous experience in the banking industry
