Description We are in the Wood & Furniture Manufacturing industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28262, United States. We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Credit Analyst. The selected candidate will be integrated into our team, focused on managing customer accounts, processing credit applications, and handling customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle cash flow analyses.
• Accurately process credit applications from customers.
• Maintain an organized record of customer credit data.
• Address customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and execute appropriate action when necessary.
• Ensure the smooth operation of collection processes.
• Utilize software tools such as SAP and Oracle for various tasks.
• Manage accounts receivable tasks and responsibilities.
• Leverage experience in Big Box Retail for the role.
• Handle trade deductions and related tasks. Requirements • Proven experience in the Wood & Furniture Manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Demonstrated ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis
• Familiarity with Collection Processes
• Strong understanding of Credit and Credit Application procedures
• Previous experience working with Big Box Retail is a plus
• Proficiency in using SAP software
• Experience with Oracle software is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
