Summary:

Huntington Bank Capital Markets Managing Director , Syndicated and Leveraged Finance will be responsible for all Debt Capital Markets Transaction Origination and Execution for covered sectors and banking teams within Huntington , bringing capital markets and industry expertise to the client. They will work closely with their partners in Banking Coverage, Underwriting, and Credit to lead successful transactions for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Leverage existing b anking relationships to create and deliver capital markets expertise to clients in covered industry verticals.

• Lead full transaction process from pitch materials to successful close of each opportunity

• Create and coordinate deal teams within the group and drive an outstanding culture of collaboration

• Partner effectively with internal teams to deliver market terms and investor view to Credit

• Identify industry prospects for coverage universe and partner with Banking on prospecting efforts.

• Mentor, train, and develop- junior talent.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 12+ years of investment banking / corporate finance experience in targeted industry

• FINRA Series 79 & 63 licensed

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organization levels

• Progressive thinker and problem solver, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity / complexity

• Work effectively in teams as well as independently across multiple tasks while meeting aggressive timelines

• Ability to embrace change, constructively negotiate constraints, and effectively leverage resources to create exceptional outcomes.

• Consistently model and inspire high levels of professional demeanor and integrity.
