Required Skills & Experience

• Strategic understanding of the digital landscape of Banking (Including generative A.I., automation, and robotics.

• Microsoft Dynamics – Specifically in case management tool

• Understanding of customer portals (how to build effectively and identify new opportunities)

• Commercial banking experience

• Strong communication skills in project setting

• Executive presence

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Will be contributing to the overall strategy, creation, and implementation of the case management tool. May act as long-term product owner.

• Guiding operations by identifying and prioritizing the most impactful opportunities for automation within operations

• Identifying business cases and how to effectively prioritize new technologies such as (optical character automation, Robotics processes automation, and open banking API.
