Description

We are offering a contract for an entry level Bookkeeper role in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Bookkeeper will be part of a dynamic team, expected to help with reconciling accounts, both accounts payable and receivable, and perform other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete process of accounts payable, including check runs.

• Manage accounts receivable to ensure all payments are received and recorded.

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in records.

• Utilize Sage Software and Microsoft Excel for bookkeeping tasks and data entry.

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions for any discrepancies.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, ensuring all financial data is correct.

• Keep up-to-date records of all transactions and entries.

• Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall financial objectives.

Requirements • Proficient in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated expertise in Bookkeeping

• Ability to efficiently perform Data Entry tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Familiar with Sage Software

• Experience with Check Runs
