IMMEDIATE HIRE - 100% REMOTE POSITION - $15+ per/hour depending on experience

ABCO Maintenance is a Commercial Facility Maintenance/Construction Company that has been serving the Tri-State area 7 days a week/ 24 hours a day for over 35 years. We are actively recruiting Administrative Support Professionls to join our team.

Job Description:

The Adminstarative Support Professionls are role that are vital for smooth business operations. They're the backbone of an office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. We are currently hiring in the below areas /departments.

  • Vendor Managemnt Team- Vendor management and negotiation, retail managment, managing and reporting on vedors.

  • Purchasing -Experience in purching parts for consturction projects and estimates.

  • Parts Tracking -Coordination of parts for maintenance projects along with communicaiton/follow-up with customers. Heavy phone ussage, reporting, and tracking.

The people in these positions will also provide support & admin functions including but not limited to:

  • Working with our internal team on various paperwork (work orders, etc.)

  • Reporting: Google Docs, Excel Sheets and other systems

  • High Volume calling and data management

  • Additional responsibilities as needed.

Position Requirements

Requirements

  • Good track record of employment with at least one job of 5 years in lenght at one compnay.

  • Experience in continued administrative functions (3+ years)

  • Retail managment experience a plus

  • Ability to think on your feet, assess situations, and act with a sense of urgency

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good phone personality

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details

  • Extremely computer savvy (excel/internet searches/outlook/quick data entry/scheduling)

  • Construction/Maintenance environment experienced preferred, but not required.
