Description We are looking to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to our team. The role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28277, United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounts payable, including receiving bills, issuing payments, and performing cash reconciliation. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process bills via the Accounts Payable inbox

• Upload bills into the NetSuite software system

• Send out bills for payment approval and follow up as necessary

• Issue payments, including handling bank account information outside of NetSuite

• Perform cash reconciliation within the NetSuite system

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and other ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems as required

• Ensure compliance with Accrual Accounting practices

• Perform 3-way matching to ensure accuracy in the accounts payable process

• Carry out Accounting Functions such as Account Coding and Auditing

• Handle transactions via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) when required. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required.

• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desired.

• Knowledge of Concur software is necessary.

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.

• Ability to perform a variety of Accounting Functions is crucial.

• Extensive experience in Accounts Payable (AP) is required.

• Proficiency in Accrual Accounting is needed.

• Experience in Auditing is a plus.

• Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes is beneficial.

• Proficiency in using NetSuite software is essential.

• Experience with 3 Way Matching is necessary.
