Administrate, coordinate, and supervise the operative activities for shipping of each one of the materials, machines and import-export equipment that TIP acquires with the aim on achieving the correct execution using the resources assigned on each operation.

For example: 1. Keep updated the information on the Transit Material System in TIP.

2. Administrate, coordinate, and supervise the direct, indirect, and temporal exportation.

3. Supervise the information within the systems utilized for daily Operations.

4. Activate and control the national and international transportation service that the company uses.

5. Saving Projects.

6. Offer and give out a quality service for the internal and external customers.

Job Description

Education: Bachelor’s degree* plus two years relevant work experience, two year degree* plus four years of relevant work experience, or high school graduate or equivalent* plus six years of relevant work experience. Managing Importation documents and Source certifications, management on exportation documents and review of expense accounts, exterior commerce operations and also Transportation-logistics knowledge.

Qualifications

High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent

1 year of experience in a distribution business environment

Computer Literate with Windows application, SAP experience an asset

Familiar with hydraulics an asset for operating PIT equipment

Excellent organizational, communication and problem solving skills

Capable of working with minimal supervision

Positive attitude, detailed oriented and self-motivated
