This position will be done by cleaning of boats, which will include washing, waxing, sanding, and buffing surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish. Utilizing custodial skills to maintain cleanliness in the work area and ensure all equipment is properly stored after use. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services. Assist in the organization of detailing supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for use. Collaborate with team members to complete detailing projects efficiently and effectively. This position needs to have strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Familiar with car wash procedures can be beneficial in applying similar techniques to boat detailing. Must possess a valid driver's license. A willingness to learn new skills related to boat maintenance and detailing is essential.
