Lionbridge is seeking a dynamic and innovative Solutions Architect. As part of your role, you will drive discussions around innovation with our customers and prospective customers. In collaboration with the account owners, you will strategize on how to address customer needs and pitch our solutions to drive revenue.

You will own the solution design and collaborate with sales to sell our solutions.

What You Will Do

• You will focus on identifying and solving customer challenges related to language, localization, and technology.

• You will be part of a Global Solutions organization, and play a key role in defining, optimizing, and implementing solutions that meet critical business needs, delight customers, and drive innovation.

• Your ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial.

• You will drive discussions around innovation with our customers and prospective customers.

• You will strategize on how to address customer needs and pitch our solutions to drive revenue in collaboration with the account owners.

• You will own the solution design and collaborate with sales to sell our solutions.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Pre-sales and solutioning experience from within the Language Services Industry

• Deep knowledge of the localization industry and embracing new technology

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Project Management expertise

• Financial aptitude to create competitive and profitable proposal

• Ability to work independently and take ownership to drive the solutioning process

• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking, understand the competitive landscape

• Experience creating convincing customer sales pitches and viable financial proposals

• Superior customer service skills and exemplary attention to detail
