As a Senior Salesforce Engineering Manager with a focus on Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, and Data Cloud, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technical strategy and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support the marketing, sales, and service objectives of our organization. Your role will encompass project management, system integration/engineering/architecture, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to best practices.

What you'll do…..

  • Lead and manage technical projects within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically focusing on Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Force.com Platform Development, and Salesforce Integrations.

  • Direct and manage multiple teams and projects to meet business goals.

  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset by developing and refining processes.

  • Understand and translate sales, service center, and marketing strategies into system and process requirements.

  • Ensure successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.

  • Provide thought leadership and recommend best practices for Salesforce solutions.

  • Lead engineering team through architecting short-, mid-, and long-term state solutions

  • Identify dependencies on other systems and develop comprehensive solutions for complex problems

  • Manage Salesforce integration patterns, data migration practices, and adhere to governor limits.Collaborate with internal IT teams, data migration, security, and release management groups to achieve development milestones.

  • Engage and interact with Senior IT and business leadership to align on strategic goals.

  • Navigate a matrixed IT organization and effectively manage onshore and offshore development teams, including third-party vendors.

  • Define, monitor, and optimize DevOps and Agile KPIs and metrics.

  • Ensure Salesforce DevOps tools and processes are well-documented and shared across the team to prevent single points of failure.

  • Mentor, coach, and train individuals and teams on DevOps best practices.

  • Lead complex SAFe Agile initiatives to drive Salesforce projects or programs.

  • Monitor Salesforce platform performance, security, backup, disaster recovery, and user access processes.

  • Develop and implement plans to ensure system integrity and reliability.

You'll have….

  • Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related fields

  • 10+ years experience in managing/leading CRM/Salesforce projects and teams.

  • 3+ years' of experience and knowledge of end-to-end Salesforce system delivery from design, development, integrations, data migrations/loads, transition into production operations.

Even better, you may have….

  • Salesforce certifications like Platform Development, Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud etc. is plus.

  • Project Management methodologies and tools, preferably SAFe Agile methodologies, Jira and Rally tools.

  • Familiar with DevOps and Automation tools and processes pertaining to Salesforce platform.

  • Experience in Automotive industry is plus
