Job Title: Janitorial Cleaner Job Description: A local company is seeking Janitorial Cleaners to help maintain clean and safe environments for our customers' buildings and grounds. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of cleaning duties using provided tools, products, and procedures. On-the-job training is available for individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: Perform all cleaning duties using company-provided products, tools, and procedures. Duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture/equipment as needed. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Wear and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required. Open and lock facilities, enabling/disabling security systems as necessary. Ensure work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications: Experience in janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is a plus but not required. Ability to be flexible, work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks. Strong work ethic with the ability to contribute positively to a team. Must be dependable, punctual, and in uniform when on duty. Respectful and professional demeanor towards coworkers and customers. Reliable transportation is required.
