Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Description: A local company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries and support daily operations. The ideal candidate will spend the majority of their time on the phone, dispatching work as needed, and scheduling weekly appointments. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Dispatch work orders as needed to appropriate teams. Schedule and confirm weekly appointments. Utilize computer systems to manage customer information and track appointments. Maintain a professional phone presence to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience preferred but not required. Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Compensation: Pay range: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, based on experience.
