Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description: A fast-growing local company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor to support the smooth operation of the office. Key Responsibilities: Answer phones and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain an organized inventory of supplies. Perform data entry and type documents and correspondence as needed. Manage office equipment, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing. Keep the office environment clean, neat, and tidy. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of prior work experience in a related role. Well-groomed appearance and pleasant demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in clerical tasks, including word processing and filing.
