SALARY IS CONTINGENT ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS. This position will assist with administration of the UMWA 1985 Construction Workers Pension Plan and the 1978 Retired Construction Workers benefit trust. REQUIRED: 1). High School graduate or equivalent, work experience. 2). Strong Organization Skills, verbal and written communications. 3). Excellent phone skills. 4). Ability to multi-task, prioritize work to meet deadlines. 5). Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). 6). Data Entry skills. 7). Work in an office setting. DESIRED: 1. Some college; 2. Health care industry experience--or pension; 3. Ability to become a self-starter and grow in responsibilities. RESPONSIBILITIES: Outgoing Mailings, to include tax forms, direct deposit forms, hourly work history reports, pension applications; Data Entry, to include pension benefit screens, repository and indexing all documents; Process all incoming mail; Taking calls from members, assisting when possible; Monitor Weekly reports, which include outside vendor reports. Review annual enrollment surveys, record necessary changes, update participant information.
