A week in the life of a Information Systems Security Specialist:

• Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software

• Conduct data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets

• Perform software integration or testing, including analyzing and implementing test plans and scripts

• Visualize, interpret, and report data findings; Create dynamic data reports.

Job Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance

• Bachelors degree in a technical or managerial related discipline [Note: a high school diploma or HS equivalency certificate is acceptable with additional years of experience as defined in the next category).

• IAT Level II (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)

• 7 years of experience in in a Cybersecurity, Engineering, Test and Evaluation or Assessment & Authorization

• Hands on experience with Information Assurance tools such as DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service

• (eMASS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS)

• Cloud Experience: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Google Platform (GCP) and Microsoft 365
