Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $24.15 - $27 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Run large Projects as it refers to Heavy Equipment, Land development, Digging, laying pipe, & installing drainage

• Review Blueprints & as-built plan details and convey details to a team of operators

• Perform HEO operation and training for Fine Grader, Roller, Dozer, Front End Loader, Rubber Tire Backhoe, & Excavator

• Maintain Safety training, Equipment Maintenance, Project Progression documentation

• Review construction Process and Safety Daily with a team to ensure compliance to project design

• Build roads, Drainage, Lay Pipe, compact working areas, & excavate to obtain predesignated grade

Qualifications:

• Current/active Operator Certifications a plus

• OSHA 10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it a plus

• Ability to lead a crew of HEOs in their daily task 

• Ability to Fine Grade with Excavator, Dozer, Roller, front-end loader, & backhoe as needed

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

• Prior experience in the Heavy Equipment Operation field required.

• Prior experience using Excavator, Dozer, Roller, front-end loader, and backhoe as needed

• Position will require a drug screen & background with MVR
