Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a Data Analyst III to assist one of our largest healthcare clients in the SouthEast with their Costing Data team.

This team handles costing analysis for 11 hospitals in the Southeast, as well as over 300 physician practices. They will be utilizing Visual Insights (PowerBI tool) to create dashboards, reports and models that display and explain costing data, as well as training end users to be able to utilize visual insights to understand their cost analysis.

On a daily basis, this position will handle keeping the quality of the data that comes into their cost accounting system in check. Keeping the interfacing and systems up and running. Costing patients that come through those 11 facilities and 300+ physician practice offices every month. This position will also include a lot of reporting/ad-hoc reporting. You will utilize Visual Insights to train end users on the dashboards, models and reports that you create using PowerBI.

This is a very fast paced job that incurs a lot of change on a daily basis. An ideal candidate for this role will be able to change tasks/paths very quickly and be very dynamic in the workplace. You will need to be able to multitask and run multiple projects at the same time, as well as communicate effectively with both your peers and stakeholders within the business.

Pay Ranges: $80,000-$100,000/year

Skills and Requirements

-7 YOE with No Degree, 5 YOE w/ Bachelors, or 3 YOE with Masters Degree in related field

-Financial Analysis Experience

-Costing/Cost Accounting Experience

-Healthcare Experience (this can be operational or in the healthcare finance world)

-SQL Experience -Power BI Experience (Highly Preferred)

-Epic Clarity Experience

-Workday Financials experience

-Prizm Reporting Experience

Axiom Experience (highly preferred) null
