Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in the agriculture industry. The role is based in Charleston, South Carolina, United States. The successful candidate will be expected to manage customer accounts and ensure accurate processing of applications.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records related to customer credit

• Promptly address and resolve customer inquiries

• Closely monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Utilize accounting software systems for processing and record keeping

• Perform accounts receivable functions to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded

• Use CRM and ERP systems for managing customer interactions and resources

• Carry out billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner

• Oversee cash activity, including receiving payments and making bank deposits

• Process checks and other forms of payment received from customers. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with CRM software

• Ability to use Epic Software

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Experience with Billing Functions

• Ability to handle Cash Activity

• Experience in Check Processing

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and developments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and handle high-volume tasks.
