We are looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Chanute, KS. You will work on a fast-paced team of individuals providing customer support for all orders submitted with Bridgewood Cabinetry. This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am -4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews and verifies customer and order information for accuracy
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers needs; contacting the correct internal parties, and ensuring the problem is resolved.
• Process orders promptly and efficiently to meet customer\'s and Bridgewood Cabinetry\'s current lead time.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
• Develop a working knowledge of all Bridgewood Cabinetry products and processes
• Communicate internally with our business office and production office for up-to-date and accurate order information
• Professionally completes phone calls and emails from customers
• Meet expectations of excellence for this position
• Performs all duties with a friendly, positive, and team-oriented approach
