HOW A PROGRAM CONTROL MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project.

  • Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting.

  • Prepare and review contract deliverable items to include briefings, Contract Funds Status Report, meeting notes/minutes and other items required by the client.

  • Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload Manages risk tracking process

  • Attends customer meetings and serve as client liaison

  • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders

  • Review subcontractor's delivery plans and financial invoices.

  • Coordinates development of deliverables and products

  • Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables

  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned

  • Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

● Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Effective customer service skills to anticipate customer challenges

  • Effective administrative and organizational skills

  • Effective people management skills

  • Advanced knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures Understanding of financial management policies, processes, and procedures Awareness of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations

● Preferred Skills: MS Office suite

The likely salary range for this position is $107,950 - $146,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
