SAIC Master Scheduler in CHANTILLY, Virginia

Description

SAIC is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our talented team in Chantilly, VA . This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph . This position is responsible for tracking, de-conflicting and analyzing the impacts of all facilities projects for the Government customer.

In this role you will serve as both a member of the budget and planning team as well as the execution team, tracking future/planned projects as well as ones that are ongoing.

Primary responsibilities for this position are:

  • Develop, maintain, and be prepared to brief leadership on schedule milestones.

  • Identify related sub-projects and interdependencies, while ensuring the planning, finance, and the onsite facilities teams are prepared for project execution within the agreed upon schedule.

  • Work closely with the Government customer and make recommendations related to management of the schedule and performance status and project contract actions.

  • Support the planning, documentation, execution, and tracking of the life cycle milestones of projects across the enterprise and support internal and external acquisition and planning events.

  • Conduct end-to-end integration and successful oversight of specific directed capabilities.

  • Work collaboratively across the enterprise and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

  • Bachelor’s degree with15 years professional experience; applicable professional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

  • Familiarity with Scheduling Tools.

  • Ability to write technical documents for broad audiences.

  • Experience in schedule analysis, including resourcing.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering or Architectural Field.

  • Familiarity with facility projects and milestones.
