ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission- oriented Information Systems Security Engineer in the Chantilly, VA area to provide unparalleled support to our customer.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• IAT personnel focus on the client IS and support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software IA problems

• Expert in IAT functions

• Provide IT security engineering, integration services, technical assessments, and solutions

• Apply principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical

• analysis.

• Integrate with third-party APIs and internal utilities

• Analyzes and develops computer systems possessing a wide range of capabilities, including numerous engineering, business and records management functions.

• Develops plans for automated information systems from project inception to conclusion

• including systems requirements determination.

• Designs subsystems to support software reuse and domain analyses and manage their implementation.

• Perform hardware and software tuning, analyze workload and computer usage, maintain interfaces with outside systems, analyze downtimes, and analyze proposed system modifications, upgrades and new COTS.

• Defines the problem, and develops systems requirements and program specifications, from

• which programmers prepare detailed flow charts, programs, and tests.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience

• IAT Level II certification of CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED or GCIH within 6 months of hire

• Experience with hands on monitoring

• Strong knowledge of data structures and audit events

• Experience with Information System Accreditation Tools

• Quick learner, both able and willing to learn new technology and software

• Ability to work with minimum supervision, while collaborating with team members regularly

Preferred Qualifications:

• Writing reports

• Understanding of REST APIs

• Exposure to databases and SQL, tuning and configuration

• Experience with Amazon Web Services and/or other cloud service providers

Security Clearance Requirements:

• Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

• Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
