KBR is seeking a Chief of Outreach Division Lead dedicated full-time to a Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Front Office organization and is responsible for the strategy development, planning, coordination and execution of Chief of Outreach Division.

Responsibilities:

• The lead will manage a team of outreach personnel that inform, educate, and interact with key members of the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.

• The coordination of IC and DoD SIGINT communities and Scientific and Technical Centers to remain cognizant of emerging and evolving mission requirements and to advocate and educate on the use of existing overhead systems capabilities, stakeholders, and end users.

• This role requires a mix of technical and program management expertise, with an ability to maintain access to, and proficiency with customer data repositories, analytic tools, collaboration tools, and visualization tools to understand and articulate overhead contributions to the SIGINT Mission.

  Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in technical, computer science, engineering, physics, or related field

• 10 years' experience in supporting SIGINT mission systems

  10 years' experience with overseeing communications support to the SIGINT

  8 years' experience with collaborating and integrating other divisions, external agencies, and international partners during mission critical operations

Desired Experience:

• Master's or PhD degree in technical, computer science, engineering, physics, or related field

• 15 years' experience in supporting SIGINT mission systems

  10 years' experience with a deep understanding of how to plan and execute a communications Schoolhouse to include advertising, scheduling, registration, preparation and presentation of briefing materials, and post-event student survey

  Clearance: TS/SCI w poly required
