Emerson Product Manager - North America Process Level in Chanhassen, Minnesota

Based in our Chanhassen, MN facility, the Product Manager - North America Process Level will help manage the Rosemount Process Level Portfolio to ensure revenue, profitability, quality, and customer loyalty goals are met throughout the entire product lifecycle.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Sales Channel Leadership and Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the North America sales channel, customer care, and operations by maintaining in-depth knowledge of Rosemount Level products, markets, and applications.
Product Launch and Readiness: Lead the launch of new Rosemount Level products in North America, ensuring sales channel readiness by training on product strategies, pricing, portfolio tiers, and competitive positioning.
Voice of Customer and Sales Advocacy: Act as the Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales when collaborating with global product development teams to influence product roadmaps and strategic direction.
Competitive Strategy: Develop technical knowledge of competitor products and build strategic approaches to counter their messaging and tactics effectively.
Market Insights and Strategy: Provide business insights on customer and market trends, contribute to the North America demand plan, and assist with market pricing to achieve annual targets.
Customer and Market Engagement: Partner with sales management and business development teams for customer engagements, both remotely and in-person, and represent the portfolio at tradeshows and exhibits.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across various functional groups, including marketing, sales, and product management teams, to ensure alignment and drive financial targets for revenue, growth, and profitability.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Field
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Ability to travel up to 25%
Ability to travel domestic and international
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences
Experience with measurement instrumentation, especially level technologies
Experience with process industries such as Chemical, Oil & Gas, Refining, and Power

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $90,100 -114,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
