Salary: $48,984 to $62,566/Yearly Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts As a Mechanic, you'll be responsible for repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment, performing building and facilities maintenance, and installing new machinery in line with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Operate and shut down equipment safely per OSHA guidelines. Install, repair, and maintain machinery to minimize downtime. Diagnose and fix malfunctions, overhaul components as needed. Enhance equipment productivity and provide emergency repairs. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience with Lock-Out/Tag-Out. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in mechanical and electrical tasks. Detail-oriented with basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of vocational training and manufacturing experience. Safety training or team experience is a plus. Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends.
