Description

We are seeking a diligent and attentive Mailroom Assistant to join our thriving team in Twin Cities, Minnesota. The successful candidate will handle, sort, and distribute mail, as well as manage outgoing shipping and inventory supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Sorting, processing, and routing incoming and outgoing mail.

• Operating mailing equipment as required.

• Posting and preparing outgoing mail and packages for shipping through multiple carriers.

• Track inventory of shipping materials and office supplies.

• Assisting with additional office tasks as needed.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.

• Previous mailroom or administrative experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of mailing processes and equipment.

• Ability to lift heavy mail/packages.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
