YOUR ROLE

  • Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management.

  • Provides support to and executes the respective HR processes.

  • Ensures HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws.

  • Assists in the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.

  • Acts as a liaison between management and employees by handling questions, processing personnel admin, and helping resolve work problems.

  • Analyzes HR data to provide actionable insights.

  • Prepares and maintain reports required by federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.

  • Communicates company policies and ensure they are understood and followed within the organization.

  • Supports HR Projects and initiatives, organize employee sessions, workshops, and seminars.

  • Assists in the design and execution of performance evaluation programs.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3-5 years of direct human resources experience

  • Manufacturing and plant experience is a plus

  • Employee engagement

The salary for this role is $99,000.00 - $118,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
